BorgWarner Supplies Advanced Technologies for the 2015 Green Car Of The Year® and Four Of Green Car Journal’s Top 5 for 2015

Auburn Hills, Michigan, December 9, 2014 – BorgWarner produces its advanced technologies for the 2015 Green Car of the Year®, the BMW i3, as well as four of the Green Car Journal’s Top 5 for 2015. For the Audi A3 TDI, BMW i3, Honda Fit and Volkswagen Golf, BorgWarner provides one or more of the following technologies: silent chains for engines and oil pump drives, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves, EGR coolers, instant start system glow plugs, pressure sensor glow plugs, thermostats, ignition coils, all-wheel drive couplings, and dual clutch and mechatronic control modules for dual-clutch transmissions.
