Auburn Hills, Michigan, June 23, 2011– BorgWarner Morse TEC’s Ningbo, China, facility received a Best Supplier Award from Shanghai Volkswagen Powertrain for excellence in quality, delivery and communication. Out of 66 suppliers, BorgWarner was one of two to receive the award during Shanghai Volkswagen Powertrain’s annual powertrain supplier conference.

The Ningbo, China, facility locally produces timing chain drives for the EA111 engine used to power the VW Polo and Touran as well as the Skoda Octavia, Superb and Fabia.
