- Make customer satisfaction by response and action customer warranty issue.
- Improve R/1000 by implement corrective action base on investigation result which work with team.
- Support other assignment from Quality Manager.

- Develop and analysis of warranty returns from customer’s product assembly line and field

- Monitor / Collect data from customer web-site and communicate with BW global team (by monthly at least) to align all warranty information such as R/1000, CPU, etc. include corrective action which get from investigation result.  

- Prepare warranty analysis reports (8D) to customer.

- Work and support with CQE for internal Quality issue and customer (0 Km) issue.
