Coordinate cross-functional activities of a multidisciplinary team to develop and industrialize products or systems of the product line for our customers, using Program Management processes and tools;
Ensure projects are launched flawlessly in respect of performance, timing, budgetary and financial targets and customer expectations;
Lead a multidisciplinary project team to ensure objectives and deliverables are met;
Be accountable for meeting customer objectives and deliverables and for ensuring production readiness and flawless launch within timing, financial, operational, budget and performance targets;
Manage the interface with the customer project organization;
Coordinate the interface with other PDS functional entities and with the plant;
Ensure visibility and escalation of issues affecting production readiness, product performance and cost or impacting the customer;
Monitor budget towards approved target;
BSc.or MSc. degree, preferably Automotive Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Experience in project management and expertise in program management process and tools
Influential leadership with interpersonal skills to manage and motivate members of a multidisciplinary team without direct report
Sense of ownership and accountability
Experience in customer-facing (OEM) role
Effective external (customer) and internal communication and presentation skills
Aptitude and discipline in Finance
Fluency in English and German, French or other European languages could be an advantage
Disposition to travel (BorgWarner and customer premises) as required by the role
