BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join as a Program Manager to support the regional business

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional activities of a multidisciplinary team to develop and industrialize products or systems of the product line for our customers, using Program Management processes and tools;

• Ensure projects are launched flawlessly in respect of performance, timing, budgetary and financial targets and customer expectations;

• Lead a multidisciplinary project team to ensure objectives and deliverables are met;

• Be accountable for meeting customer objectives and deliverables and for ensuring production readiness and flawless launch within timing, financial, operational, budget and performance targets;

• Manage the interface with the customer project organization;

• Coordinate the interface with other PDS functional entities and with the plant;

• Ensure visibility and escalation of issues affecting production readiness, product performance and cost or impacting the customer;

• Monitor budget towards approved target;

Requirements:

• BSc.or MSc. degree, preferably Automotive Electrical or Electronics Engineering

• Experience in project management and expertise in program management process and tools

• Influential leadership with interpersonal skills to manage and motivate members of a multidisciplinary team without direct report

• Sense of ownership and accountability

• Experience in customer-facing (OEM) role

• Effective external (customer) and internal communication and presentation skills

• Aptitude and discipline in Finance

• Fluency in English and German, French or other European languages could be an advantage

• Disposition to travel (BorgWarner and customer premises) as required by the role
