Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading the system testing activites for E-Mobility components – Inverter/Conveter/OnBoard Charger
• Leading the project includes technical support, task planning, status monitoring & reporting
• Analyze and understand the Functional Requirements/ Design Requirements and develop Test Strategy for System / Software / Integration / Functional testing as per ASPICE process
• Development of Testing strategy which includes.
• System Qualification Test Strategy including Regression Test Strategy
• System Integration test strategy
• Cybersecurity Validation Strategy
• System Safety Validation Strategy
• Support System Test Engineers, if they have any roadblock or issues in test execution
• Establish work product baselines and communicate to all relevant parties, according to the method defined in the project plan.
• Document the baseline according to the project configuration management strategy of the project.
• Document evidence of communication
• Particiape in ASPICE audits

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in leading the project includes technical support, task planning, status monitoring & reporting
• Experience in Vehicle Powertrain Testing (prefarabily on Electric & Hybrid powertrain)
• Domain Expertise in  Electric Drives/ OBC / Battery Management System
• Experience in preparing test strategies or test methods
• Experience in test management tools like Polarion/Doors/Jira.
• Good Knowledge in ASPICE Standard,Functional Safety ISO 26262  & CyberSecuity Standards preferred.
• Knowledge of Autosar Concepts & Software in Loop(SIL) testing would be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microcontroller hardware, Motors, Automotive electronics and Electrical circuits.
• Tools knowledge : CANoe with CAPL Scripting, CANape, TraceTronic-ECU Test, NI LABVIEW, NI VERISTAND, TESTSTAND, DIAGRA, ETAS INCA, Control Desk NG, Configuration Desk NG, JIRA, Polarion & Plastic SCM/Bit Bucket
• Knowledge of Automotive communication protocols like CAN FD, LIN & Flexray Protocols
• Strong leading skills ,interpersonal skills and high intercultural social competence.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with global teams
• Good analytical and problem solving capability
