Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of concepts for modeling the thermal behavior of the drive system and the derating strategy
• Development and implementation of concepts and methods for the control of electric drives
• Support of test execution of existing and self-developed concepts at the system test bench
• Creation of software documentation according to ASPICE and ISO 26262
• Support in the creation and maintenance of software requirements
   

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Sound knowledge in electrical drive engineering, power electronics and control engineering
• Knowledge of programming in C
• Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink
• Experience in software engineering processes for embedded systems (ideally ASPICE)
• Experience in UML modeling is an advantage
• Experience in requirements mgmt tools, e.g. Doors, Polarion advantageous
• Knowledge in VHDL programming advantageous             
• Good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
• Structured and systematic way of working
• Independent and self-dependent acting as well as good communication skills
