Our technical center is working into developing Power electronic system for the electric and hybrid car. In the last two years we have been seeing an increase in the demand of this kind of products and the number of projects we have are rising.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Analize Stakeholder Expectations

  •  Analyze source for system requirements

  •  Specify System Requirements in the requirement management tools

  •  Structure System Requirements in the requirement management tools

  •  Analyze System Requirements

  •  Establish Bi-directional Traceability

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Master/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
     

VALUABLE:

  • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS, Polarion, Visure)
  • Experience in at least two of the following fields:
    • Embedded SW electronics experience (ARM c uC programming, ISR, EEPROM, DMA …)
    • Power electronics (control designs, acquisition definition, filtering, simulation…)
  • Electronic HW development (Analog acquisition, signal conditioning)
  • Experience with Automotive ASPICE
  • Experience with ISO 26262
  • LIN/CAN communication

SOFT SKILLS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to influence others, set direction and priorities.

  •  Transversal overview. 

  •  Proactive and open minded 

  •  Organized 

  •  Resilience

  •  Analytical orientation.

  •  Motivation, endurance, team spirit, flexibility

  •  Confident appearance and assertiveness
