Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and own processes and equipment
• Supervise and improve assigned processes
• Drive product design definition and changes to assure manufacturability with high quality levels
• Drive process flow definition and improvements to ensure lean manufacturing
• Troubleshoot process and machine issues to improve Operational Effectiveness and FTQ
• Support of identification and procurement of replacement components for equipment
• Develop and propose continuous improvement actions for cost and quality
• Work closely with suppliers and product teams on tooling design and modifications
• Evaluate processes and measurements using statistical data and other methodologies
• Document and report all related activities in accordance to required external and internal standards (QMS)
• Maintain workplace order and cleanliness to ensure efficient functioning and respecting of high level 5S standards
• Responsible for implementing corrective actions of nonconforming product or processes (including stopping production if necessary) and inform management promptly of such actions
• Has the authority to stop shipment and stop production if product requirements are not met. In case of safety related issues all employees are authorized to stop production.  All emerging issues must follow the local escalation procedures and no customer communication is allowed without management acknowledgement
• Assist in resolving equipment issues related to FTQ
• Responsible for OEE of equipment to meet the site improvement initiatives             

Essential Requirements:

• Min. 2 years working experiences at similar position.
• Master degree in Mechanical/Electromechanical or related field.
• Fluent English.
• Basic understanding of automotive environment.
• Experience with technical drawings.
• Ability to work effectively interacting with multiple people in multiple teams.
