Responsibilities:

  • Support CPEs with electrical and software analysis of Customer / Warranty / Assembly plant / Manufacturing units
  • Perform ICT and continuity failure analysis
  • Perform hot, cold, and ambient temperature functional tests on production test stations
  • Mechanically open products and prepare for analysis
  • Perform manual soldering of wires, components, gauges, etc… in preparation for analysis
  • Re-flash product software after analysis
  • Perform analysis on time
  • Create and maintain all reports
  • Keep very high level of the 5S in lab area
  • Report identified safety risks and opportunity for improvement
