Duties:

1. Knowledge of production processes, ability to solve problems during the production process, delegating tasks and implementing the product for serial production.

2. Technical knowledge about the process and product - welcome.

3. Representing the Process Engineering department at interdepartmental meetings and providing all necessary information on the activities undertaken by the Process Engineering area.

4. Authorization to design and implement new solutions in the production process for new products, monitoring and improving the existing process.

5. Planning the work of subordinate team members based on production needs.

6. The right to stop production in the event of a threat to the quality of the product and the safety of employees.

7. Initiating corrective actions to prevent production deficiencies, quality risks or employee safety.

8. Communication with the Client in order to ensure an appropriate and satisfactory level of service.

9. Tracking production results and defining tasks aimed at continuously increasing the level of productivity.

10. Authorization to change any process parameters when there is a threat to the quality of the product or the safety of employees.

Key Requirements:

1. Higher education, at least as an bachelor's degree in the field of mechanics and mechanical engineering, mechatronics, production engineering, related.

2. At least 3 years of experience in team management in the field of process engineering, production technologist, R&D in a production company, welcome in the automotive industry.

3. Knowledge of the principles of implementing the product into serial production, development, implementation, start of production and management of production processes.

4. Knowledge of the principles of Lean Manufacturing, preparation and reading of technical documentation and procedures in the field of Quality Management Systems.

5. Experience in running projects, delegating tasks, running several projects at the same time.

6. Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).

7. Very good knowledge of the English language both written and spoken - a prerequisite.

8. Highly developed interpersonal skills, the ability to cooperate with various areas of production.
