Buscamos Supervisor de Mantenimiento responsable de dirigir, orientar y desarrollar al equipo de técnicos a su cargo, coordinar y ejecutar los mantenimientos preventivos y predictivo.

Perfil:

• Ing. Mecatrónica, Mecánico, Eléctrico o afín.
• 3 años de experiencia en el puesto.
• Manejo de personal sindicalizado y no sindicalizado.
• Conocimiento en IATF 16949.
• Conocimientos en automatización
• Análisis de información y solución de problemas (PDCA, 8D, 5W, etc.)
• Inglés técnico intermedio
• Conocimientos en Hidráulica, Neumatica y maquinados.
• PLC INTERMEDIO O AVAN.
• Interpretación de Lay out’s
• Conocimiento e implementación de TPM.

Funciones:

• Coordinar y supervisar los programas de mantenimiento preventivo (MP) y predictivo (MPD).
• Supervisión de cuadrillas de técnicos a cargo.
• Desarrollar y llevar a cabo planes de capacitación del personal técnico a su cargo.
• Implementar programas de mantenimiento especiales como TPM/Mantenimiento Autónomo/WCM.
• Seguimiento a contratación y capacitacion del personal a cargo.
