Sr. Maintenance Engineer

•  Ensure high maintenance standard of production equipment as well utilities and buildings in order to ensure reliable operation of the factory.
•  Develop and maintain predictive and preventive maintenance plans for the complete facility ensuring high uptime.
•  Manage backup/spare parts to ensure minimum equipment downtime.
•  Supervise and develop staff to optimize performance.
•  Monthly reporting.
•  Represent the company in contacts with outsourced specialized services.
•  Enforce health, safety, security and emergency systems awareness.
•  Support on EHS management systems (GSSF & ISO14001 & ISO45001), lead the EHS related duties for responsible areas
•  Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately, join the accident disposal. Specific presentation can be reached in TMS system and individual job description.
•  Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
