Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1.    Ordinary management of production test processes: daily verification, data analysis, calibration, GR&R, process files, working instruction, ...
2.    Adjustment and modification of Test Processes : keep they stable and efficient
3.    Improve Production Testing effectiveness, Production Tester reliability and be the key actor in cost reduction of test
4.    Solve technology and quality issues on equipment as well as problems regarding employee's safety, health and environment
5.    Train and instruct operators and technicians
6.    Write and provide the technical specification to Purchasing Dept to purchase new equipment. Work as the leader for new projects
7.    Responsible to write TPM plan, to train Maintenance people and to keep Test Processes working in good condition. Provide support to maintenance team to solve Processes issues
8.    Responsible of Processes specification and Test processes design. Lead the work of Test Equipment suppliers 
9.    Responsible of Production Test reliability and efficiency. Support quality department in product/process analysis
10.    Continuous improvement of test processes in Safety, Quality and Efficiency.
11.    Support Prototype development and testing for new products
12.    Considering safety, health and environmental impact of new equipment, and meet the  EHS requirement.
Requirements/Qualifications:
-    Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. With Automation or software development knowledge is preferred.
-    +5 years’ experience in Automotive industry or hydraulic component industry in Manufacturing Engineering position.
-    Good understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, data acquisitions and following measurements : Pressure, Flow, Force, Stroke, Current, and Temperature
-    Familiar with technical specification and Data Analysis of automotive products
-    Software development experience in Labview or other language 
-    Familiar with PLC Programing 
-    Good computer skill with MS office, Minitab
-    Good English communication skill with oral and writing.
-    Data acquisition and industrial software development, familiar with National Instrument products
-    Data bases structures, SQL server and SQL language
