Job purpose

The Lean and Quality Management Intern is designed to provide hands-on experience with engineering

professionals from the perspective of a Tier-One Automotive Supplier. The program will provide individuals with exposure to the lean product development process. Individual assignments will include providing support to the Lean PDP group with planning workshops, further developing the Lean PDP process, helping manage facilitation processes globally, and other similar tasks.

What we’re looking for

Education and Experience

  • Major or degree in operations management, business administration, or engineering
  • Must have and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Organization and Comprehension skills 
  • Good knowledge of and Application of Microsoft Office Software required, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.  Knowledge of Teams and SharePoint preferred.
