•       Follow each import shipment closely to make ensure raw material arrived in our warehouse on time.

•       Check import shipping docs and prepare for declaration, making docs, apply certificate, HS classify, pay duty etc.

•       Coordinate inspection by Customs like goods inspection/ HS coding/customs auditing etc.

•       Claim and compensation for loss during transportation by insurance case

•       Updating import control table daily.

•       Freight monthly cost forecasting and monthly freight bills checking and verification.

•       New materials import, prepare information for HS classify.

•       Special logistics solution design：repair，return etc.

•       Project quotation support to sales

•       Logistics service providers training / management

•       SQDR Tracking and improvement

•       Quarterly freight market survey to keep our freight rates always competitive in the market

•       Document management: invoice, packing list, order etc.

•       Deliver declaration invoice to Finance for payment settlement
